Multipurpose Polycarbonate – Facade

Description

It is a polycarbonate system for the realization of translucent walls in vertical sandwich panels in industrial and civil construction. The system is composed of extruded polycarbonate panels with honeycomb structure, 20 mm thickness, module width of 495 mm and UV protection obtained by co-extrusion on the external side.

The system is made up of panels, equipped with “male/female” profiles for a perfect fit; anodized aluminum perimeter profiles complete the fastening structure. Easy and economical to install, it provides optimum light transmission, high load resistance and thermal insulation.

Components

Construction of a translucent wall with Multipurpose Sandwich Panel Facade composed of:

• UV protected honeycomb polycarbonate panel with coextrusion on the external side, honeycomb structure 20 mm thick, certified thermal transmission factor 2.0 W/m2 K, glass color (other colors on request), head closure with adhesive aluminum tape; dimensions: module width 495 mm, custom length, ten-year warranty.
• Perimeter profiles in silver anodized aluminum, minimum 15 microns (or raw on request).
• External EPDM rubber seals.
• Steel bar for fastening panels (where necessary).
