These types of panels are composed of a pre-painted steel sheet on top and a thin layer of embossed aluminum on the bottom, with a rigid foam core injected between the two sheets in a continuous manufacturing process (PUR).
Embossed aluminum foil, with 2 g/m² transparent matt polyester lacquer on the outside and 0.3 g/m² PUR adhesive primer.
The sheet has a breaking load greater than 130 mpa and elongation greater than 2%.
The outer face, together with the insulating core, offers high insulation, since both faces are adhered to the core and separated on both sides, achieving a thermal bridge break.
The sheet thickness is from 0.5 mm upon request. The steel used, its dimensional and shape tolerances are given in the standard UNE-EN 10169-1, 2.
